The key force from drawings to reality covers multiple professional trades such as woodworking, metal processing, and painting technology. Our team uses high-precision CNC machine tools to cut plates to ensure that the cabinet structure is seamless; the metal processing team is good at sheet metal forming and welding technology to create a sturdy and durable metal frame for the showcase; the paint craftsman relies on superb skills to give the showcase a delicate and smooth surface texture through multiple primer and topcoat spraying processes. Our team strictly follows the standardized production process, from raw material procurement quality inspection to the precision control of each processing process, and implements strict standards to ensure that the quality of the showcase is stable and reliable, and meets various performance requirements such as fire prevention, moisture resistance, and load-bearing.
