We were deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Patel's tragic death in the mudslide near Dharali in Hasil. Our entire team is in profound grief and reluctance to accept this loss. At this moment, no words can fully express our sorrow and condolences. We can only offer our deepest remembrance with heavy hearts and extend our most sincere sympathies to his family and friends.
Mr. Patel was our most important partner in the Indian market. Over the past three years and more of our cooperation, we have developed a relationship that goes beyond mere business, building a deep trust and friendship. We still remember the early days when he approached us with his expectations and ideas for the LED-lit wall-mounted shelves. From the design of the drawings to the production of samples, every detail was infused with his professionalism and patience. Those nights of repeated communication and confirmation, as well as the discussions aimed at optimizing product performance, have become precious memories in our history of cooperation. Eventually, through our joint efforts, the project was successfully launched. The 60,000 shelves he ordered from us were not only an endorsement of our products but also a great encouragement to our team.
In subsequent collaborations, Mr. Patel chose to work with us again, ordering over 10,000 metal shelves. This continued trust made us acutely aware of our responsibilities. He always communicated his needs with an open mind and faced challenges in our cooperation with an inclusive attitude. Moreover, during our expansion in the Indian market, he provided countless valuable suggestions and practical support. It can be said that every achievement we have made in the Indian market is inseparable from Mr. Patel's generous assistance.
